Once you contact us, we’ll give you a call for a friendly chat about your project, your ideas, and what you’re looking to achieve. From there, we’ll arrange a home survey at a time that works for you and send over a short questionnaire beforehand so we can make the most of our visit. During the survey, we’ll assess the space, talk through design options, and answer any questions you have. For most projects, we’ll provide your quote before we leave, although more complex bathroom renovations may require a little extra time to price accurately.
