Refining your bathroom with precision and pride
Bathroom and Wetroom Renovations
Precision-led spaces built to last
We specialise exclusively in bathroom and wetroom renovations. By focusing on one area of the home, we deliver a level of detail, technical expertise, and finish that general builders simply can’t match. Every project is approached with precision, clear planning, and pride in craftsmanship, from the first strip-out to the final polish.
Bathrooms are among the most complex rooms in any home. They require careful coordination of plumbing, electrics, waterproofing, ventilation, tiling, and joinery, all within a space that needs to look effortless when complete. Our role is to manage that complexity and turn it into a calm, functional, beautifully finished room that works for your daily life.
Bathroom Renovations
Designed around how you live
A well-designed bathroom should feel practical, comfortable, and considered, not just visually appealing. We create bespoke bathroom renovations that balance layout, storage, lighting, and materials, ensuring the space works just as well on busy mornings as it does at the end of a long day.
We handle every stage of the renovation, including removal of existing fittings, plumbing alterations, electrical upgrades, surface preparation, tiling, installation of fixtures, and finishing details. Every element is installed with longevity in mind, using proven methods and high-quality materials to prevent issues like leaks, movement, or premature wear.
Whether you’re refreshing a tired family bathroom or creating a refined ensuite, our approach is always tailored, never templated.Wetroom Specialists
Seamless waterproofing, flawless execution
Wetrooms demand absolute precision. When installed correctly, they offer a sleek, modern solution that’s practical, accessible, and visually striking. When installed poorly, they can cause serious long-term damage. That’s why specialist knowledge matters.
We design and build fully tanked wetrooms with correct gradients, discreet drainage, and seamless transitions between zones. Waterproofing is treated as the foundation of the project, not an afterthought, ensuring complete protection beneath the surface long before tiles are laid.
From compact shower rooms to open-plan wetrooms, every installation is engineered for performance, comfort, and durability.
What a Professional Bathroom Renovation Requires
And why experience matters
Bathroom and wetroom renovations are not cosmetic projects. They require:
• Accurate planning and layout design
• Correct plumbing and drainage falls
• Safe, compliant electrical work
• Professional tanking and waterproofing systems
• Precision tiling and substrate preparation
• Proper ventilation to control moisture
• Careful coordination of multiple trades
Our experience allows us to manage these elements efficiently and correctly, reducing disruption while ensuring a finished space that performs as well as it looks.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much will my new bathroom cost?
This is one of the most common questions we’re asked when discussing a new bathroom, so it’s a great place to start.
The overall cost depends on several factors, including the type of bathroom suite you choose, whether you opt for more budget-friendly or premium units, the tiles and finishes you prefer, and the scope of work involved. Bathrooms can be tailored to suit a wide range of budgets, and the final price will always reflect your personal style and priorities. Once we’ve discussed your ideas in detail, we’ll be able to give you a much clearer indication of costs based on exactly what you’re looking to achieve.
How long will it take to renovate my bathroom?
After cost, this is usually the next question, and understandably so. Most people want to know how long they’ll be without a fully functioning bathroom.
On average, a complete bathroom renovation takes around 7 to 10 working days, roughly two weeks. More intricate designs, such as complex tile patterns, change of layout or bespoke features, may take a little longer. When we visit to assess your space and provide a quote, we’ll also give you a more accurate and realistic timescale.
Where to do I start with the design?
The best place to start is simply with a conversation. We’ll take the time to understand how you use your bathroom, what you like, what you don’t, and any ideas or inspiration you already have.
From there, we work closely with you to create a design that’s both practical and beautifully considered. This includes a detailed floor plan and realistic 3D renders, allowing you to see exactly how your new bathroom will look and function before any work begins. We’ll guide you through layout options, finishes, and features, making sure everything works seamlessly within your space.
The design process is fully collaborative, and we’ll refine it as much as needed. You can make as many changes as you like until you’re completely happy and confident in the final design. Our goal is to ensure that when installation starts, there are no surprises, just a clear, well-crafted plan tailored to you.
Can I use my toilet and shower during the renovation?
In short, yes and no.
The bath and shower are usually the first items to be removed, so you’ll need to arrange an alternative solution during that part of the project. Some customers use a family member’s shower, others join a gym for a short period, and there are also companies that provide temporary external shower and toilet facilities.
We aim to keep disruption to a minimum, so we usually remove the toilet as late as possible. In many cases, you’ll still be able to use it in the evenings until we return the following day.
Do I have to purchase my own products or do you supply them?
We offer a complete end-to-end service, so in most cases there’s no need for you to source products yourself. We take care of everything, from purchasing sanitaryware and tiles to supplying and installing them as part of the renovation.
All products come from trusted suppliers we work closely with, chosen for their quality, reliability, and consistency. Thanks to these long-standing relationships, we benefit from excellent trade discounts, which we pass directly on to you. Everything we install, like sanitary ware and tiles, are covered by aftercare guarantees, which also includes our workmanship, giving you total peace of mind.
If you already have specific items in mind, we’re happy to discuss this with you and advise on suitability.
How do you keep my house clean while working?
We understand that we’re working in your home, and we treat it with the same care and respect we would expect ourselves.
Before work begins, we lay protective plastic dust sheets over flooring and carpets, and our team wears protective shoe covers where needed. During the renovation there will inevitably be some dust, particularly when removing old fittings and tiles, but we always clean up at the end of each day and carry out a full clean once the job is complete.
If you have any specific concerns or requirements, we’re always happy to discuss them in advance so we can accommodate them wherever possible.
How can I arrange a quotation?
Simply complete the enquiry form or give us a call and we’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your home.
During the visit, we’ll talk through your ideas, assess the space, and explain the process in detail. This includes discussing whether you’d like us to supply all products or if you already have something specific in mind. We can usually provide a rough cost guide during the visit, then return with a detailed and accurate quotation once all measurements and specifications have been finalised.
